Of course we are very sorry if you have a complaint about our services or products. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass your complaint via the email to the customer contact department. This can be by email, regular mail and / or by telephone. Our employees in the customer contact department will review the complaint and try to resolve the complaint to everyone’s satisfaction.

Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation from us. We will answer your complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it requires more time, we will notify you. If you do not appreciate this, you can also always contact the department of mediation of the Stichting Webshop Keurmerk where Blacknote Netherlands is affiliated. Should the mediation attempt for any reason not lead to a satisfactory solution, then there is the possibility of submitting your dispute to the Disputes Committee (SGC).
